Oracle Embedded PL/SQL Gateway & listener.ora & tnsnames.ora

I came across a problem that /apex/ DAD doesn't really want to work via EPG,
so i did:

listeners.ora:
SID_LIST_LISTENER =
    (SID_LIST =
        (SID_DESC =
            (SID_NAME = ec211gr2)
            (GLOBAL_DBNAME = ec211gr2)
            (ORACLE_HOME =/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/db_1)
        )
    )

LISTENER =
  (DESCRIPTION_LIST =
    (DESCRIPTION =
      (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = 127.0.0.1)(PORT = 1522))
    )
    (DESCRIPTION =
      (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = 127.0.0.1)(PORT = 8080))
      (PRESENTATION=HTTP)
      (SESSION=RAW)
    )
  )
tnsnames.ora:
EC211GR2 =
  (DESCRIPTION =
    (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = 127.0.0.1)(PORT = 1522))
    (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = 127.0.0.1)(PORT = 8080))(Presentation=HTTP)(Session=RAW)
    (CONNECT_DATA =
      (SERVER = DEDICATED)
      (SERVICE_NAME = ec211gr2)
    )
  )
some sql as sysdba
alter system set dispatchers=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(SERVICE=ec211gr2XDB) scope booth;
alter system set local_listener=EC211GR2 scope booth;
create pfile from spfile;
shutdown immediate
startup
some bash command as oracle
lsnrctl stop
lsnrctl start
